Combined with his understanding of Salesforce & Pardot administrator functionality – he is able to turn around requests for users in a very quick fashion. Shows ability to come up with new solutions for problems when old ways of thinking are ineffective. It's been a great pleasure to watch him grow and exceed expectations.
